Philadelphia neon designer, artist, preservationist, and collector Len Davidson has been fascinated with neon since his childhood. In 1985, he founded the Neon Museum of Philadelphia to showcase his collection of vintage neon, many of which he has restored to their original grandeur. This exhibition is a small sampling of Davidson’s collection of imaginative neon signs that symbolize American popular culture of the 1930’s, 40’s, and 50’s.
