PHL’s recently completed and current construction projects include a complete interior redesign of Terminal B and numerous facility upgrades, including:

 

  • New baggage claim in Terminal F
  • Restroom upgrades
  • Air temperature control systems
  • iPad food and retail ordering from gate areas

 

These capital investments in both the physical space and overall customer experience create up-front stimulus and improve the value proposition that PHL delivers to the region and its residents over the long-term.
