Sacrificial Slabs |
The PHL Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) project will replace the existing components of the existing SCADA network by connecting 40 medium voltage substations in the airport terminal complex. When complete, the functioning SCADA system will allow DOA maintenance personnel to monitor the actions and operations of the substations without visiting the substations physically. Scope includes an independent fiber optic network, replacement of digital meters, new layer II data switches, dedicated system servers, and remote desktop nodes of the system to view the data and performance of the substations. |

Terminal A East HVAC Distribution (Phase 2) |
Replacement of nineteen (19) Air Handling Units and associated gas piping in Terminal A East. |

Mechanical Room 11 & BC Baggage Claim |
Replacement of rooftop air handling units (RTUs) and damaged piping in B-C Baggage Claim area. Upgrades to equipment in Mechanical Room #11. |

Carpentry Shop HVAC |
Replacement of existing makeup air unit, condensing unit, split unit condensing units, and associated components. Installation of Bipolar Ionization, connection to the Building automation system, and electrical system upgrades as needed. |

Continued upgrades to the existing CCTV system, transitioning to 100% IP. Increase CCTV viewing coverage, upgrade video management system (VMS), and improve control rooms/MDFs. Includes replacement of network infrastructure, fiber, equipment, storage, duct bank/concrete encased conduit, and switches to support the new configuration. |

Taxiway Charlie |
Milling and replacing 4 to 7 inches of asphalt on Taxiway Charlie. Grade adjustments may result in varying depths. Deeper rehabilitation sections may be required for areas with extensive damage. Includes installation of electrical components and pavement markings. |

Project involves rehabilitation and targeted concrete slab replacement for the A-East/B Apron. |

PNE Administration Building |
Improvements to the existing administrative building, including the installation of an ADA accessible entrance and restrooms, as well as a geothermal air conditioning system. |

A East HVAC Upgrades (Phase 3) |
Replacement of sixteen (16) Air Handling Units in Concourse A East and associated gas piping. |

Mechanical Room 3BC & 4BC Rehabilitation |
Includes replacement of air handlers inside the MR#3BC and MR#4BC including associated hot water and chiller water piping and pumps and upgrades to electrical system as needed to all units. |
