First Quarter Update
The first quarter has been busy for the GOLD Pros!  In January, we kicked off the New Year with our annual vision board party. Sherrise Rowe, Director Federal Contracting Initiatives, asked us to consider the following questions as we worked: What does your next chapter look like? What gives you joy? How far will you go to obtain it?

In February, we celebrated Galentine’s Day with a Par-TEA. Each gal (and ally) enjoyed gifts, good food and fun.
We’re so excited to mark our second anniversary on March 11. All are welcome to attend what will be an informative meeting.

Young Professionals in Business Aviation (YoPros)

In February, YoPro hosted the high-energy “Sweet Success” Speed Networking event — and it did not disappoint! Colleagues rotated through quick, engaging conversations that sparked new connections and fresh ideas. The room was buzzing with laughter, great energy, and meaningful dialogue as employees stepped outside their usual circles and expanded their networks.

Connections were made, stories were shared, and community was strengthened.

New Employee Orientation

New Employee Orientation will be held for two days for Administrative staff (non-shift workers). New employees will also have the opportunity to tour the airport and complete PHL WORKS training.
