Q: What is the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember Parking Area?

A: A discounted parking area exclusively for use by AAdvantage® Aviator® and Citi® / AAdvantage® cardmembers as part of a parking promotion. AAdvantage® Aviator® and Citi® / AAdvantage® cardmembers can access the parking area as long as their account is open and in good standing as defined by the Cardmember Agreement. Cards include:

 

 

Q: Can I use this parking area if I have a different AAdvantage® credit card?

A: No, this program is exclusively for use by cardmembers with an AAdvantage® Aviator® Mastercard® or Citi® / AAdvantage® card All AAdvantage® Aviator® and Citi® / AAdvantage® cardmembers in good standing can access this parking area. This includes:

Q: Where is the AAdvantage® credit cardmember Parking Area located?

A: It is located within Garage B on the lower level at the Philadelphia International Airport parking facility. The lot entrance must be accessed from the Garage Access Road just before the Marriott Hotel.

Q: How do AAdvantage® credit cardmembers access the designated parking area?

A: Cardmembers swipe their AAdvantage® Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit card to gain entry via the designated access gate.


•    Cardmembers are then able to park in any of the available spots on the ground level.
•    To exit, cardmembers again swipe the same AAdvantage® Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit card at any open exit lane to pay discounted parking fees. The purchase will appear as “PHL Airport” on your credit card statement.  Cardmembers must pay for the parking with their AAdvantage® Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit card in order to receive the discounted rate.


We cannot guarantee that a parking space will be open in the designated area.  If all allotted Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking spaces have been filled, cardmembers will need to seek other airport parking opportunities at standard parking rates.
 

 

Q: What is the discounted parking rate for using the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking area?

A: Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking area rates are approximately 20% lower than the rates for standard Short-Term parking (Ground Level) at Philadelphia International Airport.  See price comparison below:

Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking rates are less expensive than standard Short-Term (ground level) parking rates, but more expensive than Economy/Long-Term parking rates.  All parking rates subject to change.

 

Q: Is there a vehicle height restriction for the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking area?

A: Yes, the height restriction for this parking area is 6’2”.

 

Q: Are all of the parking spots in Garage B part of the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking program?

A: No, the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking area only includes a set number of reserved spots on the ground level.  The designated parking area is identified by its own Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking entrance.

Q: What do I do if I am not allowed entry into the designated gate using my Exclusive AAdvantage® credit card when spots are reported to be available?

A: Press the button at the entrance gate to speak with an attendant.  There will be a representative available 24/7 to assist with any lot entry issues.  Please note: In order to access the designated lot, your Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember account must be open and in good standing as defined by your Cardmember Agreement.

 

Q: If I am an AAdvantage® credit cardmember but my card is unavailable, will I be able to obtain entry into the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking area?

A: No, you must use your AAdvantage®  Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit to gain entry to the designated parking area.

 

Q: Why wasn’t a ticket dispensed upon entry into the garage?

A: Tickets are not required to measure the length of time your vehicle is in the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember Parking Area.  When you swipe your AAdvantage® Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit card at the entrance gate, this will document the time of entry into the parking facility.  The same AAdvantage® Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit card will need to be swiped at an open exit lane to document the time you are exiting the parking area.

 

Q: Can cardmembers park overnight in the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking area?

A: Yes, unlike standard Short-Term Parking, the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember parking area can accommodate overnight usage for cardmembers.

 

Q: What if my AAdvantage® Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit card is not recognized at the exit gate?

A: Please proceed to a staffed parking exit lane. Please inform the PHL parking attendant of the issue and they will be able to assist you.

 

Q: What do I do if my AAdvantage® Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit card is unavailable when I exit the parking garage?

A: Please proceed to a staffed parking exit lane.  Please inform the PHL parking attendant that the card used for entrance is not currently available and they will be able to assist you.

 

Q: What do I do if I was charged full price instead of the Exclusive AAdvantage® credit cardmember discounted rates while parking in the designated area?

A: Please contact [email protected] to initiate a refund request.  You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Q: Can I get a receipt?

A: Yes, a receipt option is available when parking fees are paid upon exiting the lot via staffed or unstaffed lanes.

 

Q: Where can I apply for the Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard®?

A: You can apply for the Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® World Elite Mastercard® at ApplyAACard.com/airport.

 

This exclusive offer is for AAdvantage® Aviator® or Citi® / AAdvantage® credit card cardmembers and is not transferable. The offer is on a first come, first served basis, while parking spots last.  Space is limited to 168 parking spots as of 10/1/2025. The number of spots as well as location is subject to change at any time. Please follow signs when you arrive at the airport.  The promotion ends September 30th, 2026. To gain access to the designated parking area and receive the discounted rate, your AAdvantage® credit card must be used upon entry and exit and for payment of all associated parking fees. To be eligible for this offer and gain access to the designated parking area, the cardmember’s account must be open, active and in good standing. Any account that is delinquent, exceeds the credit line or is otherwise not in good standing will not qualify for this promotion.  This discounted rate will be applied upon exit when using your AAdvantage® credit card.
