Elizabeth Moselle, Assistant Director of Guest Experience

Elizabeth Moselle is the Assistant Director of Guest Experience within the airport’s Revenue department. She is responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of PHL’s new Guest Experience program, an airport-wide initiative focused on improving the entirety of the airport experience for passengers and visitors. The program works to create a unique sense of place, ambience and comfort while providing an efficient and hassle-free travel experience. Ms. Moselle engages stakeholders across the airport community to create a shared vision and identify cross-cutting priorities. She develops organizational structures and processes to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and oversees research to better understand the voice of the PHL customer and ensure their centrality in airport planning and operations.

She is a member of the Airports Council International North America (ACI-NA) Customer Experience Working Group and serves on the board of the Passyunk Square Civic Association. She lives in the Passyunk Square neighborhood of Philadelphia with her husband and young son.
