Christina Saggiomo, Senior Director of Capital Finance Philadelphia International Airport | Northeast Philadelphia Airport
Christina joined the Airport team as Treasury Manager in August 2022 and was promoted to Senior Director of Capital Finance in May 2025. She is responsible for providing financial program management to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment needs for the Airport’s multi-billion-dollar capital improvement program. The role includes managing cash flow positions, evaluating borrowing needs and overseeing the Airport’s grants and investment portfolios. Christina also works closely with the broader Finance team on the Airport’s debt issuance and oversees Capital Accounts Payable.
Prior to joining the Airport, Christina spent almost five years at Wells Fargo in Public Finance Investment Banking, most recently as a Vice President. While at Wells, Christina worked as part of a team covering general infrastructure, transportation and higher education clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Christina’s Airport role will be her second position in City government, having served as Project Director in the Office of the CAO from 2016-2018, working closely on procurement modernization projects throughout the City.
Prior to earning her MPA from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, Christina began her public finance career at Morgan Stanley, working in institutional sales on the municipal securities desk. Christina earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University and lives with her husband and two young sons in the Bella Vista neighborhood of Philadelphia.
