As Director of Commercial Data Management & Analysis, Eric focuses on deriving insights from the commercial space tied to concessions, ground transportation, and airline schedule optimization. He leverages previous experience in airline operations and commercial planning to understand the drivers that lead to success for the airport. His role sits in a cross-functional space between airport leaders and operators to drive continuous improvement for the Philadelphia airport into the future.
Before joining PHL, Eric worked for over fifteen years across JetBlue Airways and United Airlines, with a variety of roles in revenue management, airline partnerships, and operational resource planning. Most recently, he led United’s trip planning and award process for the entirety of the pilot population, managing relationships and needs tied to network strategy, fleet growth, and executing a successful operational plan throughout the year.
Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the George Washington University. As a transplant to Philadelphia and when not spending time with his wife and three kids, he is an avid runner, hockey fan, and continuously learning more about the Philadelphia community.
