Eva Miller, Director of Airline Affairs

Eva Miller serves as Director of Airline Affairs for the Department of Aviation. In this role, Eva acts as a liaison between the Commercial Department and airline corporate real estate teams, ensuring alignment around the Airport-Airline Use & Lease Agreement and supporting negotiations for future use and lease agreements. Eva oversees initiatives impacting airline leaseholds, cost per enplanement, and airport development. Eva serves as the business point of contact for the airport’s master planning process and works on airline incentive and consortium matters.

Previously, Eva was an Attorney-Adviser with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and a Senior Attorney in the Airport Division of the Regulatory Law Unit within the City of Philadelphia’s Law Department. Eva is a graduate of Lafayette College and Drexel University’s School of Law; she lives in the Passyunk neighborhood of Philadelphia with her husband and son.
