Kate Sullivan, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Sullivan is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all functions and activities within the commercial division, which includes air service development, cargo development, concessions, retail, food and beverage, parking, real estate development and all other commercial activities at the airport. She’s passionate about listening to stakeholders and customers to create initiatives that keep pace with evolving needs and deepen engagement and advocacy.

Prior to becoming CCO, Kate was Vice President, Business Investment and Regional Marketing at the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia. Before that, she previously served at the Department of Aviation as Deputy Director of Strategic Partnerships after being promoted from Director of Marketing + Brand.

Kate is a serial intrapreneur with a track record of building relationships, launching new programs, and scaling functions within organizations. She focuses on nurturing meaningful relationships with business partners, customers, and stakeholders for growth in revenue, engagement and impact. As a team leader, she builds and mentors high-performing, nimble teams across marketing, product innovation, merchandising and customer experience.

Before her DOA career, Kate was Vice President, Digital Engagement at Harte Hankes, a global customer experience company, where she led operations and product innovation for digital agency services.

Kate has a BA degree from Williams College.
