Keesha Lane, Director of Community Engagement and Outreach

Keesha Lane is the Director of Community Engagement and Outreach at PHL/PNE. She oversees general stakeholder engagement initiatives with a specific focus on community outreach within the airport’s administrative department. Ms. Lane is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of external partners, maintaining consistent engagement and communication with surrounding communities. She also facilitates meaningful community volunteer opportunities for PHL/PNE team members.

Before her current role, Ms. Lane served as the Training and Development Manager for the City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation. In this role, Ms. Lane launched training programs that helped build a high-performance workforce and develop future leaders to meet strategic and operational goals. She Chaired the Employee Engagement Committee, which entailed working with colleagues across various business units to develop initiatives and increase employee engagement and effectiveness. As the Employee Relations lead, she spearheaded a team of investigators that triaged complaints and provided recommendations to resolve workplace issues. She is a member of the Airports Council International (ACI) and the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
