Regis Shogan serves as the Director of IT Architecture for the City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation. In this role, he leads the design and integration of new technologies that support the operations of Philadelphia International Airport.
With more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, Mr. Shogan has held senior positions in the civil, energy, and technology sectors, including leadership roles at Chevron, Esri, and the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Innovation and Technology. His expertise spans a wide range of IT disciplines, and he is recognized for successfully advancing enterprise systems and innovative solutions.
Before joining the Department of Aviation, Mr. Shogan was the City of Philadelphia’s Director of Enterprise Architecture, where he established the City’s Enterprise Architecture program to ensure new systems were adopted in a secure, scalable, and sustainable way. He also led the City’s Cloud Engineering division, accelerating the adoption of modern, secure cloud environments for developers and engineers.
