Ryan Marks, Director of Air Service Development

As Director of Air Service Development, Ryan focuses on growing and retaining airline partnerships across domestic and international markets. He leverages experience in airport operations and airline partnerships to build compelling business cases that drive seat capacity growth. His role includes conducting market research for new nonstop routes, analyzing airline performance, and representing PHL at industry conferences to engage with network planners.

Before joining PHL, Ryan worked as a management consultant in Philadelphia and New York, then held roles at United Airlines in Airport Operations at Denver Airport and Global Network Planning & Alliances in Chicago. Most recently, he managed operational relationships with over 100 airline partners and launched new interline partnerships through complex cross-functional coordination.

Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Penn State University. A native of Greater Philadelphia, he is an avid reader, traveler, triathlete, and language learner.
