Tracy Borda, Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO

Tracy S. Borda was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2016 and Interim CEO in February 2026. As Interim CEO, she is responsible for directing the planning, development and administration of all activities of Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). She also oversees the management of airport personnel, including more than 800 direct City employees and additional contracted and consulting staff.

As CFO, she is responsible for the Airport's financial strategy and oversees all financial functions including financial reporting and forecasting, treasury and investor relations, budget development and management, audit, procurement, and materials management.
