This site-specific ceramic mural was a city-wide collaboration among pediatric hospital patients, neighborhood youth, and artist Dit Wah Deng. Working with The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and Temple University Children's Medical Center, the young participants created over 1,300 small sculptures based on the theme connection -- what connects you to different people?
