Art Ability exhibit

is an annual international juried exhibition organized by Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital that features contemporary artwork by artists with disabilities. The purpose of the exhibition is to increase public awareness and appreciation for the abilities and accomplishments of people with physical, cognitive, hearing, and visual disabilities.

Since its inception, Art Ability has included work by over 600 artists from the United States, Belgium, Canada, Israel, and New Zealand. Over 1,000 artworks have been sold. Eighty percent of the revenue goes directly to the artist and twenty percent of the proceeds help Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital support its patient programs and services. The hospital is considered to be one of the best rehabilitation centers in the nation and the annual exhibition furthers its mission to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities. Art Ability is an inspiration to patients, families, friends, and the public as it celebrates accomplishment, pride, and talent.
