PHL Design Standards
These standards (Volumes 1 through 4) have been developed specifically for all facilities owned, operated, leased (leased from or leased to) and/or maintained by the City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation (“DOA”). The Standards establish design guidelines and criteria for use in designing new DOA and tenant facilities and for designing renovations of existing DOA and tenant facilities on PHL property.
