Accessible parking is available throughout PHL and managed by the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA). Accessible spaces are located near elevators in the parking garages, close to shuttle stops in the Economy Lot, and near baggage claim on the ground level of the Short-Term Garage. A valid accessible license plate or placard is required.
Free wheelchair-accessible shuttles provide service between the Economy Lot and all terminals 24/7. Each shuttle offers wheelchair ramps or lifts, securement straps, priority seating, and kneeling capability.
