American Airlines’ Seasonal Service Offers Fun Options for Both Coasts

Summer travel season is finally here. Still trying to decide where to go? American Airlines has two summer seasonal routes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) that offer fun and relaxation on the East and West Coasts.

From June 1-August 14, PHL travelers can fly nonstop to Portland, Ore. (PDX), four times per week (Thursdays-Sundays; flight is offered daily August 3-14). From hiking Mount Hood and the Columbia River Gorge to exploring Portland’s museums and food scene, the Pacific Northwest has something for all tastes.

For travelers looking for sun and sand on the East Coast, American Airlines will offer weekly nonstop service to Panama City, Fla. (ECP), on Saturdays from June 3-August 12.  Panama City offers 27 miles of beaches and plenty of opportunity for adventure on land and sea.

To check out American’s PHL-PDX and PHL-ECP flight options and itinerary suggestions, visit the Where We Fly tool on the phl.org homepage.
