City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation Announces Stacey Lennon as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer

StaceyThe City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation, operator of Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE) has announced the promotion of Stacey Lennon to Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Lennon was most recently executive assistant for the airports’ CEO and CAO.

“Stacey has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, 15 with the City of Philadelphia. She has been a valuable member of the airports’ team for seven years,” said Delicsha Wilds, Department of Aviation CAO. “The airports’ administrative units have undergone a lot of change and transition over the last few years and Stacey has ensured critical assignments, initiatives and goals were met.”

In her new role, Lennon directs the efforts of Department of Aviation’s human resources, training and development, occupational safety, and employee injury programs. She also works in collaboration with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Office to create and implement programs and workforce development initiatives that ensure equal possible outcomes for every individual.  Lennon serves on the Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) DEI working group to help establish a clear and actionable approach to the aviation industry’s commitments to DEI.

Lennon earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).
