PHL Food and Shops kicked off the new year with a book signing and meet and greet with local author Jenni L. Walsh on January 12. The event was hosted by Stellar Books in the D/E connector. Highlighting her new novel Unsinkable, Walsh shared the ins and outs of her writing career, giving her supporters behind-the-scenes information of her success process and words of encouragement. She also shared the main idea of Unsinkable, focusing on the main character remarkably surviving the sinking of Titanic, and much more. Unsinkable is available for purchase at Stellar Books in the D/E connector.   

PHL Food and Shops will host another book signing and meet and greet event for Black History Month on Friday, February 9 at noon with Nadirah Simmons, author of First Things First: Hip-Hop Ladies Who Changed the Game. The event will be held at the B/C connector stage with additional entertainment at 11 a.m.
