TSA Cares provides additional support during security screening for travelers with disabilities, medical conditions, and other special circumstances, as well as their travel companions.
To request assistance, complete the TSA Cares online request form or call 855-787-2227 at least 72 hours before your flight. TSA Cares can answer questions about the screening process, explain what to expect at the checkpoint, and arrange assistance during screening. Injured service members and wounded warriors may also contact TSA Cares for coordinated support at U.S. airports.
If you've requested TSA Cares assistance in advance, a TSA officer may meet you at the security checkpoint and guide you through the screening process based on the assistance you've requested.
