Another new initiative showcased at the Employee Roadshow, was the new DOA Employee Suggestion Box – a space where you can confidentially share suggestions, questions, and concerns. The digital version is available now and can be accessed at DOA Digital Suggestion Box or by scanning the QR code.

IT partnered with PHL Operations and Maximo support teams to develop a solution in Maximo that logs and reports incidents involving unsheltered individuals, improving response tracking.
 

Witness Server (Completed 5/12/25)

IT partnered with Amadeus to provision and configure a physical witness server, enhancing redundancy for the Amadeus AODB system.
 

Riverwatch System (Completed 5/12/25)

IT partnered with Operations to implement a new Riverwatch system that helps monitor and manage boat traffic along the river more effectively.
