Enterprise Station Manager Corey Colclough is known for his leadership. After being nominated by a coworker, he received the “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work” award from Philadelphia International Airport’s (PHL) Employee Recognition Program. This award honors individuals who demonstrate exemplary service and practical communication skills within diverse teams, supporting customer needs.

Corey ColcloughAt Enterprise, Colclough is known for his customer-centric approach, prioritizing passenger needs, exceeding expectations, fostering proactive communication, effectiveness and respect. He oversees the station's car return process and manages between 200-500 car rental returns per shift while ensuring that the cars are in pristine condition. “When it comes to my job, I enjoy making customers happy,” said Colclough. “Sometimes customers come to us after having a negative traveling experience, but we at Enterprise get to be their breath of fresh air, which leaves a positive impact on them and hopefully their vacation as well.”

In her nomination, Enterprise Area Manager Katie Peppelman stated, “When asked to select an individual for this award, there was zero hesitation in nominating Corey Colclough. Corey is a natural-born leader, and every decision he makes revolves around winning. He goes above and beyond for his teammates, dropping anything to help or cover someone. Every employee gives Corey immense respect and he truly gets the most out of his staff. When I first met Corey, I was impressed not only with how he communicated with the team, but also with his coworkers. His operative mindset can identify potential issues before they arise and implement a plan to help prevent them. His famous line is "No problems, just solutions," and he truly embodies that statement! To know Corey is to love him, and he is a vital part of the success of this location!”

Colclough counts becoming the first station manager without postsecondary education as his most memorable moment at Enterprise. Outside of his Station Manager role, Colclough is a member of Enterprise’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee and is on the board of the youth empowerment program, “I Am a Role Model.”

“I would like to thank Eric McClintock, Katie Peppelman, Josh Byrd and Donna B., as I would not have made it this far in my career without them,” said Colclough. “I would also like to thank my family for supporting me during this journey.”
