Share your Voice in the Employee Survey!

Thank you to all the employees who completed the Annual Employee Survey early! More than one-fourth of the employee workforce has finished the survey to date.

We want to beat the last survey’s participation rate of 51%. In case you missed it, check your email bin for an email from [email protected] and click on the link to start your survey. Extra computers are set up in MSB and P&G work areas to help you take the survey online. The Engagement Team is visiting shift meetings and will have printed surveys if you prefer to complete it by hand. All information is completely confidential.

Share your feedback and help the DOA continue to improve!

City Ethics Training

The Board of Ethics' new training regulation requires that all existing City employees receive ethics training every five years, in addition to their initial training upon hire. In order to have everyone in compliance, we are beginning a five-year training rollout to slowly stagger everyone's training schedule.
