Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) Lot Attendant David Graham is a people person who is always willing to assist Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) guests. He recently received the “Unsung Heroes” award from PHL’s Employee Recognition Program after assisting a passenger. This award recognizes and honors employees who play significant behind-the-scenes roles. Their dedication and effort are essential to the airport's success. 

A series of major infrastructure upgrades are underway at the Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). All projects are a part of an effort to modernize facilities, improve operational efficiency, and prepare for future demand.  

Administrative Building Renovation 

Chief Development Officer Api Appulingam accepted the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) MidAtlantic Chapter Trailblazer Award at the CMAA MAC Project of the Year & Scholarship Awards Gala on June 13, 2025. This award honors an individual for their profound impact on the built environment within the tri-state area and for their leadership and dedication within the construction services industry and the professionals who shape infrastructure.  

Hudson Group/Stellar Books Assistant General Manager Soumia Ben Heddi is known for being solutions-oriented, approachable and trustworthy. She received an “Impression Makers” award from Philadelphia International Airport’s (PHL) Employee Recognition Program for demonstrating exceptional customer service. Ben Heddi was honored for returning a guest’s lost wallet.
