From backpacks and crayons to folders and rulers, every donation made a difference.

Together, we’ve shown that when we give back, our community takes flight.

City Ethics Training

The Board of Ethics' new training regulation requires that all existing City employees get ethics trained every five years, in addition to their initial training upon hire. InfoSec: Cyber Security Awareness Month

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, a nationwide initiative to raise awareness about the importance of protecting personal and organizational data. At PHL, cybersecurity is everyone’s responsibility — and this month is all about empowering YOU with the knowledge to stay one step ahead of cyber threats.

Spotlight: How Cyber-Aware Are You?

Cyber threats are more sophisticated than ever. Here are a few key areas to keep in mind:
Think Before You Click: Hover over links, verify sender addresses, never download unexpected attachments and ALWAYS use the PAB when in doubt.
Use Strong, Unique Passwords: Avoid using the same password across accounts.
Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Wherever possible, use MFA — it adds an extra layer of protection.
Keep Software Updated: Outdated systems are a top target for hackers. Apply updates as soon as they're available.
Report Suspicious Activity: If you see something odd, report it immediately to the PHL InfoSec Team at [email protected].

Get Involved

Have a cybersecurity question? Want to share a best practice? We’d love to hear from you!
Reach out to the Information Security Team at [email protected]. Cybersecurity is a team effort. Your vigilance helps keep PHL data, devices, and users safe and secure. Let’s make October a month of learning, sharing, and strengthening our cyber resilience — together.
